I just love the characters of this show and how everything's just over the top crazy chaos, it's hilarious. The music, animation and art style is everything for me.

No. 6. I love the concept, characters, overall... It's one of the most underrated anime imho! I love it, both manga and anime.

My Hero Academia. I love the variety of characters in the show. You can see them grow and develop. Isuku losing his crybaby nature and developing his power. Katsuki learning that he can't do everything. Tenya losing control v Stain. Ochako v Bakugo. Todoroki forgiving his mother and father. Momoko losing trust in herself and then regaining it. Mineta going from a total pervert to, well... a total pervert. My only complaint is the excess fanservice. They're 15, we don't need to see them half naked, (like the rock guy), or well tits out like (momoko). Hell there's in the 3rd season, their's a scene where all the characters are naked. I sheep you not. Once you get over that though, it's fun show and quite a feel-good show

    Definitely, Little Witch Academia.

To some extent, I find some elements in Little Witch Academia are related to me; particularly, the main character herself along with her motivations and how she deals with the troubles despite her obvious weaknesses.
Wondrous animations, the character interactions and the lighthearted theme of the title are what makes me love it so much. Could be said it's my favorite anime of all time--it's simply phenomenal.

I'm very dissapointed because in 4 pages there were no single person who even mentioned Code Geass.

There are a lot of great anime in every possible genre and flavor, and perhaps CG is not mind-blowingly original on the surface, and it doesn't even have a unique or outrageous premise (which most new anime try to do to stay fresh), but for me Code Geass comes closest to the ultimate anime experience and great executed stories in general. It manages to stay epic without going laughably stupid, unbelievable or stale for its entire duration (which most new 'epic' animes fail at).

Many have tried to mimic its story and characters but not a single one reached the quality and nuance of the original. Ever since it ended no anime has succeeded in impressing me this much (I'm old now tho so nothing ever impresses me anymore).

I love Yu Yu Hakusho. Easily my favorite, as well. I usually do a full series re-watch once or twice a year.

    Just look at my avatar.

Besides CardCaptor Sakura, other favorites would include Death Note, Kiniro Mosaic, Re: Zero, Attack on Titan, and Madoka Magica. Got to give some love to Outlaw Star too, that was one of my first anime I watched back on Toonami in '99 or so. I used to love Rurouni Kenshin, but after what the creator did, my love for it has kinda dropped a lot...

    1. Infinite Ryvius
A less talked about anime from way back. I really liked how they made this a Lord of the Flies in space. I hope there's more stuff like this.

    2. Knights of Sidonia & Blame
Starting to like Tsutomu Nihei's hard SF stuff. In a way, I kinda like Nihei's "Blame" more, even though that had a super confusing (and some may argue-nonexistent) story. Just because, it's really unique and weird, and I like the architectural loneliness and infinity he created (mainly talking about the manga). Sidonia is more mainstream and sometimes cliche, but still very good.

    3. Gundam X
Honestly, it's not very good or very original if you really want to analyze it. But it was one of the first animes I watched, on VCDs ordered from like Malaysia or somewhere no less. It just holds a special place in my heart.

Hmm... just noticed I picked all giant mechas coincidentally. I love other genres too. :D

I looked through all of them, but I guess I just like odd ones(Unless I just don't know the otherlanguage names for them).
    In no pertickerler order:

The Seven Deadly Sins (Only seen season one)
The Devil is a Part-Timer (Lucifer belongs to me:kaothx:)
    Anything Studio Ghibli
Aldnoah.Zero (Still watching, not sure about it yet.)
Expelled from Paradise (Odd animation style, great story.)
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet (One of my all time favorites in all aspects.)
Harlock: Space Pirate (Pretty good, cute guys)

I have many others, but these are good.

I LOVE anime in general and it's kinda hard for me to rank them so...

Shingeki no Kyojin (My absolute favourite. Always 1st)
    Owari no Seraph
Kore wa zombie desu ka (it's hard for me to admit that I like it :kaoswt: but I find it funny)
    Jigoku shoujo
Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (Wish it was as yaoish as the novel though)
    Junji Itou Collection
    Prison School :kaoblush:

I guess there are more but can't remember at the moment

Isn't there anyone who likes Boku no Pico though......
