Hello everyone, Welcome to my resource thread!

I still new from making resource, I will update this thread everytime i make a new thing. I hope I can spend a lot of time to create a resource because this is a fun thing :hwink:

I realy like Vibrato's beautiful battler and I tried to create a similar Battler. On progress, making remake default actor battler, start with Harold. I will update more action and/or other actor battler.

I'm not a graphics expert, but I can't not give a bit of feedback to these sprites.
1. His left leg is stretched out, right leg bent, but his body is straight up as if he'd been standing straight. With a stance like this you'd be expecting him to lean on his front leg a little.
2. A shield is used for defence, not for show. You will not defend anything with a shield covering your side when the enemies come from the front. Not to mention, it's impractical to hold the shield so much in front when you tilt it to the side like this. It's better to put it either closer to the body or, which is the best, point it at the enemy.
And a small side note that in MV characters often avoid having shields, because with a shield you can't horizontally flip the sprite without it looking awful. But that's not a problem for those that don't use these kinds of skills :)
Other than that pretty nice work :thumbsup-left:.

Thanks for the suggestions, about his standing position, I will fix it yes, it looks imbalance.
For the shield, he will hold to cover his body on guard stance (next update)

For idle, im take this image as reference, for the shield actually its slide horizontal bicause if i slide vertical it must redawn because its made from pixel, i will try to update it too, and thanks(Image source : walldevil)

Already update terms, i will glad if this thread can stay here, because it will complete soon and for now it can use as static battler. Thanks for the information :)

That looks much better. But maybe let him drop his knees a little when he is nearly dead and bend him forward like he needs to catch breath.

I need 4 days, with 6 hours a day for that one. I studied Sprite art tutorials on YouTube, and used Photoshop as software. I want to make another one, but I don't have enough time for now:rswt2:
