Hey there, Zekarius here. I sometimes get a little fed up with the default side-view animation choices, and I bet some of you do too.
This is why I've started making my own. The first thing I'm posting here is a pickaxe animation for battle. I had an idea about a weird
mining game of some sort and was like, "There really isn't a good weapon anim for my miner." Well, I finally made one. I actually had
somebody off youtube request it after talking about it on a mining tutorial that used the battle system. So, I thought, why not share it
with all of you too.
I'll probably make one for a fishing pole and some others too. I'll post links here when finished. Also, updates are probably going to be
a thing, occasionally.

These anims will be free to use in all non-commercial and commercial projects as long as credit is given to me, Zekarius. If you want to
edit them, like recolors or the like, that's fine, but please credit me and link back here so people can find the originals. If I can figure out
the Sprite_Weapon class in the engine, I'm going to make a script that will let us specify which anim and from which file for each weapon
using notetags, so having recolors and just more weapons around in general will be great!
Since I use the MV weapons as inspiration for tool handles and the like, I should probably say you need MV to use them. If I make anything
from complete scratch, I will mark the link as "OPEN" denoting that you don't need MV to use the resource.

Edit
Apparently, Yanfly's Weapon Animation plugin does exactly what I was talking about, so, looks like I'll be digging into that while I make
more weapons. Planning on doing lots of foraging type tools. I want to make a Paladin character that wields garden implements.
(See Rusty & Co. Webcomic for more information on that reference.)
Alright, Logging Axe uploaded. Just looks like a basic tool instead of the standard war-axe.
