The game:
The basic idea behind the game is:
-You're searching for your brother who is missing
-Villagers who react and act somewhat realistically.
-Exploration: finding secrets, finding items/quests etc...
Right now you start of in a tent, you can sleep in either one of the beds to restore yourself (and the party) completely, put on, and take off, a cape/cloak. There are two towns that can be visited: Town of Sea and Ghost town, the former is the most complete one.

I want to clarify that this is my first project so it will not become a very long game, and it will not have a well thought through story. This is a learning project to me, therefore the following things may happen:
- Errors ( wrong tile passability, events that sometimes fail, etc)
- Inconsistent systems, some areas might have a different battle system than others etc.
But I do hope that, even though this is my first project, I can craft a sweet short little game without too many game breaking "features".

Things you can do:
-Help an old lady harvest her crops, 6 at a time!
-Get Mitsy (cat) as a party member.
-Visit two towns
-Kill rats in Sea Town's Weapon and Armour store's training room!
-Avoid combat by walking on the road.
Known issues:
- event battle system sometimes stops.
- some tiles can be passed through in the wrong direction (Mountain) this is because of the grass there.

Note:
The game is still in very early development and it is my first using rpg maker so I would love some constructive feedback on what I have done so far. Do NOT worry about being too harsh, I can take it!
Also: everything is subject to change and complete revamps.
Things that I plan on adding:
-Longer conversations with villagers
-A mountain (literally) to climb and explore, with caves and perhaps a village.
-More weapons, armours and items.
-More enemies and more skills.
-Living cities, guards will have families and homes
-Time cycle, and the ability to tell time
-Main quest ( this one is probably obvious, but I want to craft the world before I craft the story)
-Plenty of side quests

The files will not be encrypted, so feel free to use my event's as you please, I'd like you to NOT use the cat_1 character picture.
Things added:
- a bare bones event based combat system
-a hill / mini mountain behind Ghost town (you have to enter the city to get there)
- a small cave with a waterfall inside it, and a sleeping man!
- bridges you can walk under and on!
-a road blocked by a fence, what could possibly be added there?!
